10 Simple Natural Remedies to Get Rid of Your Blackheads

What are blackheads? Blackheads are actually blocked pores, which are filled with skin debris, dead skin cells, keratin and sebum, an oily substance. The blackheads can appear on your face, on your back, ears and other parts of the human body where sweat glands are located. Blackheads are the small black spots on our skin. They can be very unpleasant and many people in the world are experiencing this type of facial skin problem. According to the experts, the blackheads are usually common in people who have oily hair, oily skin, clogged glands or pores. Instead of honey, you can make a mask out of oatmeal and yogurt. It’s very simple – just mix 3 tablespoons of yogurt and 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and then add a teaspoon of lemon juice.
