10 Simple Natural Remedies to Get Rid of Your Blackheads

What are blackheads? Blackheads are actually blocked pores, which are filled with skin debris, dead skin cells, keratin and sebum, an oily substance. The blackheads can appear on your face, on your back, ears and other parts of the human body where sweat glands are located. Blackheads are the small black spots on our skin. They can be very unpleasant and many people in the world are experiencing this type of facial skin problem. According to the experts, the blackheads are usually common in people who have oily hair, oily skin, clogged glands or pores. Blackheads are also very common in people who are living unhealthy lifestyle and eating unhealthy food.

Make a cup of oatmeal – in the old fashioned way. Then, you need to leave it to cool down. Add honey in the warm oatmeal and apply it on a clean skin. Leave it like that for 10 minutes and then rinse. Ladies and gentlemen, if you repeat this treatment regularly, you will notice the results quite soon. Instead of honey, you can make a mask out of oatmeal and yogurt. It’s very simple – just mix 3 tablespoons of yogurt and 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and then add a teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply the resulting mask on your face and let it work for about ten minutes. Then, rinse your face with warm water. This treatment is not recommended to be used more than twice a week.
