It is a simple recipe for refreshing and also it is a healthy drink which is ideal snack between meals, it is good for breakfast or dinner and it is made from ingredients which are proven to be beneficial for your complexion, weight regulation and decreasing cellulite.
For this drink you will need:
Yogurt – it works perfectly against body fat and it regulates food digestion thanks to the good bacteria which have a great influence on the digestive tract.
Blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and currants – powerful antioxidants which are full with vitamin C and increase the production of collagen, protect the skin and are good for the immune system.
Ginger – it improves blood circulation, it firms the skin and makes it look younger, helps with cramps and removes the pain in the muscles.
Banana – contains huge amounts of calcium which regulates the level of water in the body and with this it decreases cellulite under the skin.
Put the cold yogurt (around 200 ml) in a blender and then if you like you may add some ice cubes in order to refresh the drink. Add your favorite combination of fruits (for example, a handful of forest fruits and one banana) and then mix well and pour it in a glass. Due to the strong taste be careful with the ginger. You shouldn’t exaggerate so just add a piece in the size of a thumb nail. If you like also you may add mint leaf or cinnamon and honey. Also you may combine it with almonds.
