Artichokes and spinach hamburgers

Ingredients:

3 cooked artichokes

250g cooked spinach

1 egg

1/2 cup bread crumbs

Salt

Pepper

3 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation:

Place the artichoke and spinach in a blender and blend until the mixture is comminuted well, but make sure it is not completely smooth.

 

Move the mixture into a bowl, add egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Mix well. Heat up some olive oil in a pan. Make patties with your hands and fry in a pan 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
