During summer we wear snickers, sandals and other footwear which is partly open, on the other hand during winter we wear closed footwear. Despite all this we still fight with exaggerated feet sweating and the bad smell.
Clean feet are first defense from bad smells. If even after cleaning your feet with antibacterial soap and water you can still feel the bad smell than you should try one of these simple baths.
- Apple cider bath – Mix half cup of apple cider vinegar with two cups hot water and put your feet in this mixture. Repeat this every day for 15 min.
- Sage and rosemary bath – If you want to make a bath which will remove the bad smell with nice aroma than in hot water (at least 2 l) add 1 tbsp dry rosemary and 2 tbsp of dry sage in the same manner on which you prepare tea. Put your feet in a washbowl and add the mixture when it cools down. Leave your feet in this mixture for at least 15 min.
- Lemon juice and baking soda bath – Mix 2 l of hot water with 50 g baking soda and juice from one lemon and dip you feet every day for at least 15 min.
Extra advice: You will have healthy feet only if you avoid extra moisture. Before wearing sandals put some baby powder on your feet. Also you may use cornstarch.
