It is not often that you find a recipe for a soup that helps lose fat, but I assure you that is exactly what this soup does!
If you lack ideas for lunch, do not doubt. Make this excellent, healthy soup a part of your lunch. It will make you feel full, but will also ensure that the excess accumulation of fat in your body disappears. Ingredients:
– 1 potato
– 3 carrots
– 1 stalk celery
– 1 red onion
– 1 clove of garlic
– A pinch of sea salt
– 1/2 teaspoon pepper
– Teaspoon paprika
– 1 bay leaf
– 400 grams pasteurized tomato
– 400 grams of peas from a can
– A handful of spinach
– Olive oil
Preparation:
Cook all the ingredients, except the olive oil and the spinach, on low heat. When the vegetables are almost cooked, add the spinach and leave it on low heat for a few minutes. Add the olive oil in each plate before serving.
If you want a creamy soup, after cooking it, subtract a little water, and mix all the ingredients in a blender.
