Four years ago a young men accidentally discovered that he was suffering from diabetes and high blood pressure. The diagnosis came after he went to the doctor because he was experiencing insatiable thirsts. The results were shocking – his blood sugar levels were 29, and his pancreas was no longer working. Taking insulin and high blood pressure pills was inevitable.
He continued living with a regular intake of insulin and taking participation in sport activities. However, after a while, he began having other medical issues – his triglyceride levels increased up to 16 and his pressure was up to 150/100. This meant taking more pills.

However, that didn’t happen, and he soon began losing weight.
He began losing a kilo per day, and lost 11 kg in 25 days. Four months after he switched to raw food he became a completely new man. He still doesn’t use insulin, his blood pressure is 120/70, his triglycerides level 1.4, he has lost more than 20 kg, he lives without a single pill and feels fantastic.
A recipe of his favorite juice
- a handful of kale
- 5 kiwis
- 2 bananas
- 2 apples
- half a liter of water
Blend the ingredients in a blender and your juice is ready.
Drink half a liter of this juice in the morning and the rest of it during the day.
And when you feel hungry you should always eat fruit, fruit salads and tuna as well, because it contains vitamin B12 which is important for the body.
The point is that you won’t feel hunger, because your stomach will be full and the brain will get this information through the blood, and you will have all the necessary nutrients in it.
