      There are stories that water with apple cider vinegar in the morning is very healthy but I also think it didn’t taste good. Also there are stories of water honey and cinnemon. This tastes better but you miss the good effects of vinegar and lemon.

      I tried it and I found that putting it in a blender distributes the cinnamon better. If you mix it by hand you will get a nasty chalky taste and it will be harder to get it down. Also try cold water. As for the weight loss, that remains to b seen because this is only my second day drinking it. I will report ANY findings on weight loss and how long it took in a few days.
