We all sometimes break our diet and give in to our temptation for sweets. The ones that are hasty just go out and buy sweets and later suffer for it. But the wiser ones among us know that low-calories sweets exist and that in the comfort of our home, by carefully choosing the ingredients, you can prepare low-calorie delicious sweets and feed that craving you have.
We reveal to you two recipes for sweets that are less than 50 calories per serving.
Brownies (37 calories per serving)
Ingredients: 3/4 cup skim Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup fat free milk, half a cup of cocoa powder, half a cup stevia (or another natural sweetener based on stevia), one egg, one teaspoon baking powder, half a cup of oats flakes and a pinch of salt
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a blender, mix until combined, then pour the mixture into a baking tin and bake for about 15 minutes. When cool, divide it into 9 large cubes (each one serving). Enjoy.
Ice cream blueberry and mint (50 calories)
Ingredients: two cups of blueberries (or other fruit, according to your taste), 15-20 mint leaves, one and a half cups of water, two cups of honey
Preparation: Combine all ingredients into the pot and cook until they are well combined. Pour mixture into ice cream cups, add mint leaves and put them in the freezer.
When summer play around with the healthy and light recipe for ice cream, and in winter treat yourself brownies and you will lower your need for sweets, and your body will thank you because you spared it from unhealthy sugar. If you continue to care for your figure, devote to burning sugar exercise.
