- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon hot chili pepper
- Juice and peel of 1 lemon
Zest the lemon peel and pour 240ml of hot water over it. After 10 minutes, add the lemon juice, apple vinegar and pepper.
