This will actually result in a way smaller reduction in homocysteine and consequent migraine symptoms. Dr. Griffiths also mentions that even though TT genotypes have higher risk of disease, they actually require a larger dosage of vitamins to exhibit the same effect as C alleles. Also, clinical trials with many patients are needed to test this hypothesis.
