Vaginal infection symptoms are quite similar, and to determine what it is you must visit a gynecologist.
But while you wait for your term, use these natural remedies to calm the situation:
Rosemary tea is quite effective against itching and tingling. You can use it for washing the intimate parts, and also drink it.

Cranberries are also useful against urinary tract infections, and against fungal infections. In the case of yeast infection it’s recommended to drink pure, unsweetened cranberry juice several times a day. You can also have cranberry supplements or eat fresh cranberry.
The tea tree oil is excellent at treating fungal infections. Just put a few drops on a tampon and leave it to work its magic for about 3 hours. Repeat 2 times a day.
Oregano oil acts similar. You can apply it on the surface, but make sure it is diluted in olive oil. Or you can have it orally in the form of a capsule 2 times a day.
Eat garlic more often if you suffer from vaginal infection.
