Orange granola

The contrast of toasted granola crunchiness and juiciness of fresh oranges, complemented by tasty vegan milk such as rice, soybean and coconut, will be the perfect way to start the day…



You will need:

3/4 cup maple syrup

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

3 cups oats

1 cup dehydrated coconut

1 cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup almonds, coarsely chopped

Two orange peel

1 pinch of sea or Himalayan salt

Pinch of cinnamon


+ Pieces of orange cut into slices

Vegan milk (coconut, rice, soybean)


Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. In a large bowl mix the first two ingredients, in the second all other’s  except the slices of orange. Mix the content of the bowl until they unite well. Incase 2 baking trays with baking paper, and put the mixture evenly in the baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve in milk, decorated with slices of fresh orange.
