Soy chops in mushroom sauce

Here’s a delicious healthy recipe you can offer to vegetarians, and the ingredients are not hard to find or expensive. This plate is for 4 persons and takes about 30 minutes to prepare.


100 g soy slices

4 spoons of olive oil

120 g onion

250 g mushrooms

2 spoons of salt

1/2 spoon of pepper

1/2 spoon of ginger

200 ml of water

50 g peanuts


Prepare the soy pieces. Heat up the oil and insert the onions and mushrooms cut on slices. Add the salt, pepper and ginger and then add about 50 ml of water. Stir for 5-10 minutes.

Now, insert the prepared soy cuts, pealed peanuts and the leftover salt with some water. Put the rest of the water and cook for about 3-4 minutes more.

Leave the soy cuts with the sauce covered for about 10 minutes. Serve.


For all you meat lovers out there, you can replace the soy with a meat of your choice that was previously a little baked.
