25 oz strawberries
1 tablespoon honey
3 sheets of gelatin
1 tablespoon rum
1 whipped cream
Wash the strawberries and cut them into slices. Zest the orange and squeeze the juice.
Mix the orange juice with rum, and the honey and orange zest put on fire to slowly warm up.
Soak the gelatin meanwhile. When swell, add the heated mixture and mix well to dissolve the gelatin.
Pour the prepared jelly into the prepared glasses and leave in the refrigerator.
Chilled desserts garnish with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
Serve for 4 people.
