Sweeten your day: Dietary hot chocolate
You will surely brighten up those cold winter evenings by getting under a warm blanket, hug your loved one and enjoy a good movie. If for some reason you can not hug a loved one, then you hug a large cup of hot, sweet and creamy hot chocolate.
However, it does not mean that if you want to enjoy this perfect drink you must enter a large number of unwanted calories. There are diet hot chocolates, and we will reveal how to create one.
For one cup you need:
2 cups water
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of poppy powder (which is a natural source of energy and acts as a natural thickener)
Quarter teaspoon of stevia extract (or other sweetener)
Pinch of cinnamon
A few drops of vanilla extract
Boil water and pour it into a cup. Add cocoa and poppy powder, mix well, and later add the other ingredients. Sprinkle with grated dark chocolate if you want and enjoy!
