Analgesic tea recipe:
- 2 cups of water
- 2 teaspoons of black tea
- 5 cm grated ginger
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
1.Cook the ginger and cinnamon in the water for about 10 minutes
2.Add the black tea and let it boil for another 2 minutes
3.Strain it into a glass of almond milk and sweeten it with honey.
