Chair Dips:

You need to sit on the edge of a sturdy chair with your legs together and you knees bent with your feet flat on the ground. Place your hands about 6 inches apart and grip the edges of the chair. Slide your butt off the front of the chair so the upper body is straight down. Keep the abdominals sucked in and the head centered between the shoulders. Bend the elbows and lower your body in a straight line. When the arms are parallel to the floor, push back up.

Start at the push-up position with your hands directly beneath the shoulders and your body in a line. Bend your elbows to the side and lower the body so that it is almost touching the floor. Keep your abs tight and keeping the body in a straight line.

Your feet should be parallel and hip-width apart. Bend the knees and lower your body into a squatting position. Keep your knees behind the toes. When your knees are at 90 degrees, stop.

Hold a push-up position with your weight on the balls of the feet and hands, wrists directly below the shoulders, arms straight, and the body in a straight line. Hold this position for as long as you can.
