Ingredients: 10 tbsp of flaxseed, 5 tbsp of ground sesame seeds, few pumpkin, few grains of wheat, little sunflower seeds, 3 tbsp of raisins and 1 kg of clover honey.
Preparation: In a large bowl mix all the ingredients, using a wooden spoon, in order not to lose the medical properties. When well mixed, pour the whole mixture into a glass jar.
Consumption: Take one tablespoon of this medicine before breakfast and one before lunch.
