In pharmacies, you will find numerous products for strengthening the immune system, but they are increasingly losing popularity and importance. For children
Ingredients:
100 grams of raisins
150 grams of walnuts
100 grams of almonds
2 lemons zest
Juice of two lemons

Preparation:
Grind the walnuts, almonds, raisins and lemon zest. Add the lemon juice in the mixture, mix and then add the prunes and apricots. At the end, add honey and mix again. Pour the mixture into a glass jar and let sit in a dry, dark place for one to two days. Then store the jar in the refrigerator.

200 grams of dried apricots
200 grams of dried plums
200 grams of dried figs
200 grams of walnuts
1 lemon zest
50 ml of cognac or brandy (optional)
250 ml honey
Preparation:
Grind the dried fruit and lemon zest, mix, add the cognac or brandy and honey and mix again. Put it in a jar and keep in a dry, dark place for one to two days. After, place the mixture in the refrigerator. Take one tablespoon before meals, preferably before breakfast.
